Violence is the easy way out and it only leads to more violence.
We need people in this world who are willing to find solutions through peace, through communication, honesty, and diplomacy.
World peace may seem impossible, but it’s worth aiming for.
You don’t have to be a politician to stop wars and practice peace.
Make sure every word you speak and every action is coming from a place of love.
If you and I are having a single thought of violence or hatred against anyone in the world at this moment, we are contributing to the wounding of the world.

A lot of people are skeptical about giving a homeless person money.
One thing you can do is buy a homeless person a meal or a bottle of water so at least you know they will get something nutritious to eat or drink.
Last week i saw a homeless man and remembered that I had a protein bar & a pack of biscuits in my backpack.
I went up to him and said, “I don’t want to offend you, but if you’re hungry, I’d love to give this to you.”
He reacted like he had won the lottery.
I couldn’t believe how something so simple could make him so happy.
Go out of your way to help a homeless person, or someone else in need, today.
We lead a busy life without giving enough space to humility & humbleness in our hearts.

It is so important to be thoughtful and considerate about what we do and how we treat others.
You can’t tiptoe around other people, but you also have to treat people with genuine kindness and respect.
When you act out of jealousy or negativity, you have to be prepared for the consequences of your actions.
Try to make few people smile everyday.
It’s actually a really fun game to play with a friend.
You never know when those people will smile back when you need it most.
All of our actions have consequences.
What we do will eventually come back to us, which is why it’s always best to act with kindness.
HOW TO BECOME A BETTER YOU EVERY DAY:
1. Become more observant.
Notice everything that surrounds you.
The world is full of examples, ideas, words, wisdom, mistakes and experiences.
2. Collect ideas.
Ideas and thoughts tend to evaporate from your mind too fast.
Try to capture them before it is too late.
Ideally, write down or sketch every single one.
3. Read. Read a lot.
Reading is probably the best investment of time ever.
Devote at least 30 minutes per day to reading.
Ideally, have a book always with you.
If you aren’t interested to buy a book or Kindle, then watch any free documentary in YouTube which can help you learn something new.
4. Analyze your day.
Before going to bed, spend 10 minutes analyzing your day.
Consider what things you managed to do well and what mistakes you made.
5. Start writing.
The biggest value of a good writing skill is that it cultivates a discipline.
First of all, the discipline of thinking.
Your thoughts will cease to be random and chaotic.
They will gradually become systematic and structured instead.
We all made choices that maybe weren’t the best ones.
The beauty of being a HUMAN is hidden in the mistakes we made.
First accept yourself for everything wrong you did.
Because acceptance matters nothing if you aren’t honest.
None of us are completely innocent, but we get a fresh start everyday to be a better person than we were yesterday.
Learn to be a positive/better version of yourself with time.
What we think, we become.
Our thoughts are so powerful that we must always be mindful and conscious of what we’re telling ourselves.
We have the power to manifest anything we want with the power of our thinking.
So often we can get into a pattern of negative thinking without even realising it,
and before we know it we have brought into our lives the very thing we were afraid of.
The good news is that this principle also works for positive thoughts.
By thinking wonderful things about our lives, we are subconsciously changing them with the energy of our perspective.
Make sure you spend today thinking thoughts aligned with your dreams.
Cut out the thoughts that are bringing you down.
In this process of nurturing your thoughts, stay consistent with your approach. (Not my words).
We don’t change the world by trying to change everyone.
We change the world by taking responsibility for our own thoughts, feelings, intentions and actions.
Change is contagious and it begins with each one of us, taking PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.
You always have to believe that things are working out for you no matter what.
Being patient and trusting the process means that you believe you’ll receive the seed you’ve sowed.
Don’t let worry, fear, and anxiety make you dig up what you’ve planted just to see if it’s growing.
You can rise up from anything.
You can completely recreate yourself.
Nothing is permanent.
You’re not stuck.
You have choices.
You can think new thoughts.
You can learn something new.
You can create new habits.
All that matters is that you decide today and never look back at those things & people holding you back..

Feeling overwhelmed is a TRAP, a tricky one.
When we’re overwhelmed, we see all that needs to be done and say, “That’s too much. I can’t do it. So instead, I shall do nothing”.
Feeling overwhelmed occurs when we say, “I am already too busy so I can’t do that and now all is pressing in on me and I can’t do anything”.
And the acts that are ours to do keep piling up and pulling on us.
And we keep resisting.
And stress and pressure build up.
Feeling overwhelmed leads to feeling stuck, and both are an illusion.
How simple those things that overwhelm us actually become when we release the feeling and return to the rhythm of our lives!!
When we say, “Yes, I need to make that phone call, do that task”.
How simple the task becomes, how simple life becomes.
What’s bothering you that needs to be done?
What’s pulling on you?
What’s causing you to feel overwhelmed and maybe stuck, too?
Make a list.
Put your list aside, and begin by taking action one by one.
Then watch as life unfolds.
One act at a time, one thing at a time, all that needs to be done will get done.
The stress will disappear, and you’ll feel back on track.
You’ll be given the ability, power, and guidance to do all that is on your path to do.
Begin simply, quietly, by acknowledging feeling what you need to.
Do what you want to do without hurting others.
It’s your mind which plays this “feeling overwhelmed” game.
Life is a sweet simple source of joy.
