So often we can get into a pattern of negative thinking without even realising it,
and before we know it we have brought into our lives the very thing we were afraid of.
The good news is that this principle also works for positive thoughts.
By thinking wonderful things about our lives, we are subconsciously changing them with the energy of our perspective.

Make sure you spend today thinking thoughts aligned with your dreams.
Cut out the thoughts that are bringing you down.

Nothing or nobody should affect who you are as a person, who you are in terms of thinking, who you are with your true intentions, who you are in your actions.
The life you have for you is your chance to follow your dreams, to discover, to develop and to enjoy yourself.

FEELINGS, the thing about this way that you feel right now is that it’s only temporary.
I know that your mind is consumed right now, suffocating; it’s like you can’t find a way to think about anything other than the things that are causing you anxiety.
These feelings don’t last.
It may not feel like it right now, but this feeling will fade; maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but you will smile again, you will feel like you again, you will feel happy and full of life again.

That’s the bittersweet part about life.

A shark in a fish tank will grow 8 inches, but in the ocean it will grow 8 ft or more. The shark will never out grow its environment, and the same is true about you. Many times we’re around small thinking people, so we don’t grow. Change your environment and watch your growth.

Stop lying yourself about “I don’t have the time”. Thinking you don’t have time prevents you from taking Chances. It allows you to put the important stuff off until you really don’t have time. If something is important to you, you should try to make time for it.

Just changing the way you think about things is beneficial. Merely thinking about something important that’s worth spending time on can encourage you to actually get it done.
