I WOULD RATHER BE “ANNOYINGLY” POSITIVE AND OPTIMISTIC THAN DESTRUCTIVELY NEGATIVE AND HATEFUL.
Being positive whole day everyday is definitely tough. Most people can’t keep up with their ways to seek out positivity. Have you ever met the kind of person who rebels in the worst details!? They focus and hold onto bad moments, like getting cut off in traffic, having a mediocre meal or spilling a drink. If this sounds like you, it means that you’ve trained your brain to focus on negativity. You might even be an expert by now on being a downer.
Now undoing years of training negative behaviour can be a challenge. Fortunately, you can train your brain to seek out positivity instead of concentrating on moments that elicit your negative emotions. You can begin to shift your focus to positive moments. Make it a point to consider positive information and redirect your attention when you’re feeling negative.

Not the situation, it’s how you react or respond to it. Reactions are always instantaneous & negative. Response is always thoughtful time consuming & positive.
Life is somewhat like EMAIL. For important positive things/friends & admirers, there is an INBOX. For everything that’s negative or abusive, there is a SPAM folder. Now it’s completely upto you whether you want to open that spam folder or let it delete itself within 30days automatically.
This is a world filled with negative ass mindset people. Everyone wants to take something away from someone with pure deceitful ways of cheating & lying.
You can surprise anyone with little act of generosity, your truthful behaviour I mean. Everyone wants it, but no-one expects it. Be a true you. People value such more over rest.

There is only one way to avoid HATE or NEGATIVE CRITICISM; do nothing, say nothing & be nothing towards those.
In a relationship if someone is not moving up with time; just move forward with your life towards your goals & success, with or without them. You need a better you tomorrow. If deserving & you both are meant to be together, the other person will step up to catch up.
