I like meeting new people, it’s fun but i hardly take them seriously. Let’s say I like meeting new people, but i don’t like making new friends. Most people are inconsistent+liars which bums my mood, that’s just cheap in my eyes and i struggle to trust such morons. I already have little over a dozen amazing friends who are my friends since 14th century or past life. That’s the reason I never miss attention or affection. Remember: The only proof your people are real with you is whether they are consistent with their approach towards you. Rest others are there just for nothing – mental drain to be honest.
(Not a secret, i shoot my shots when she’s a peng ting. That’s the best part about being single.😜 There’s a party at Frank’s place next week. Shooting this song at my bestie DEMI, Amanda & Karo’s🍑.)
Next few lines are meant for the one who calls me SONNENPRINZ out of fun & adore. Sonnenprinz means SUN PRINCE in German. Meeting someone 7th time in 6 years, actually 4th time since May-2021. She drives 5 hours to drop me at airport & airport is just 30km away from my house.😂 I must agree that 45-minute drive from my house to airport is pure banter. I still don’t know what i am bringing to the table, but the vibe is 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I love it when a girl questions or corrects my knowledge on engineering & business. Basically i love it when someone proves me wrong. Conversations are healing & communication is a sexy thing.
Positive attitude is about seeing goodness in every situation of life. If you have food in your fridge, clothes on your body, a roof over your head and a place to sleep, you’re richer than 75% of the entire world.
If you have money in your wallet, a little change, and can go anywhere you want, you are among the top 18% of the world’s wealthy people.
If you are alive today with more health than illness, you are more blessed than the million people who will not survive this week and die.
If you can actually READ this message and understand it, you are more fortunate than the 3 billion people in the world who cannot see, cannot read or suffer mental retardation.
Life is not about complaining pain and sorrows. It’s about a thousand other reasons to be grateful and happy.
We all think about past good or bad days, then the next step is “beating yourself up in your head”. We must stop doing this to have a happy healthy state of mind.
People with strong stable mentality hold themselves accountable for their behavior. They refuse to entertain toxic self-criticism. They don’t beat themselves up when they fail or make mistakes because they know, it only harms them in the end instead. They choose a path of growth and compassion always forgiving themselves and learning from their mistakes. First step to achieve peace of mind: FORGIVE YOURSELF.
One of the worst things you can do with yourself is: Overthinking. Have you ever heard or experienced analysis paralysis? If you have, you know that overthinking leads to freezing up and whirring. If you want to be mentality strong & decisive, OVERTHINKING is your first enemy.
Mentally strong people choose not to give any energy to that negativity, they’d rather think critically and take logical action. Of course, they know that there are always risks and consequences no matter what choice they make. After all there is no perfect decision. Nonetheless be confident no matter what happens, you’ll be okay.
It’s been a while i am writing about mental health in this evening post. I try to talk about as many good/bad scenarios i have came across. Insomnia is a major issue in current young generation. Not getting enough sleep is not new. Insomnia is no joke and after some time of tossing and turning in bed, it’s easy to turn on the TV or grab your phone or tablet. But before you decide to give in, remember that skimping on sleep can seriously harm your mental health.
Sleep deprivation can cause all kinds of problems from trouble staying focused to increased irritability. And if you struggle with mental illness not getting enough sleep and make things even worse, the next time you can’t sleep put on some soothing music or try a guided meditation to help you relax. Our human body is enginnered in such a way that we need 7-8 hours healthy happy sleep every night for our optimum performance.
Financial stress can impact our mental health badly. Most of us either suffer or have suffered from the problem of “not keeping a budget”. If you don’t budget, you could be spending more than you’re making without even knowing it. It’s totally normal to stress about money, after all having enough means having security. But financial stressors are also one of the worst things when it comes to your mental health.
Budgeting is about keeping track of what you spend, but it’s also about changing your habits. If money causes you daily worry, you need to take advantage of the power you have to reduce or eliminate your financial issues. If you want to improve your mental health, consider lessening the amount of money you spend on wants, negotiating your bills for lower rates and creating an emergency fund. Financial stability is a major step towards healthy happy mindset.
Bottling up your feelings is never a good idea. While you should always respond rather than react in any given situation, you still need to take the time to process difficult emotions, like anger or sadness. Bottling up your emotions might feel easy now, but it damages your mental health and overall well-being in the long run.
If you notice that something continues to bother you, don’t let it slide, speak up. Holding grudges will always hurt you the most and as the tension and turmoil increases, so does the pressure. Eventually those bottled up emotions explode creating conflict that would have been easier to handle in small doses.
Every kind of addiction causes some harm to our sanity. When you think about addiction, you might think of alcohol or drug addiction, but there are countless other forms of addiction you could be addicted to, work, sugar, video games, drama or even a toxic relationship. No matter what your compulsion is, it will always be a barrier to your happiness. Addiction creates an insatiable appetite, the void can never be full since your desire for the object of your affection is limitless. You’ll never feel that sweet satisfaction.
Addiction only leads to a cycle of relentless hunger and dissatisfaction. To make things worse while you’re stuck in this never ending sequence of discontent, your addictions saps the energy from all other areas of your life like hobbies, passions, relationships or self-care. Recovery is a long hard road. It may be one of the most challenging experiences of your life, but it can be also the most rewarding if you want to be happier. Think about dropping your addictions.
