True me.. Tap-901..

I’m not perfect and I don’t have to be.
When I first realized this I felt an intense relief.
This realization allowed me to actually become a better person.
It gave me the strength to embrace my flaws and learn from my mistakes.
The pressure melted away.
I wouldn’t have been able to start examining my mistakes if I felt like I had to be perfect.
Once I found out it was okay to be imperfect, everything changed for the better.

Don’t criticize yourself for making mistakes.
Just be conscious, make new mistakes & learn from older ones.
Remove inconsistency from life.
LIFE IS FUN, LET IT BE.

(This video got nothing to do with the post above. I am a big sucker for every marvel cinematic universe character & yes i liked HAWKEYE. I didn’t know Jeremy Renner has some amazing songs till yesterday. I am kinda into this song. Thanks to my bestie DEMI for the recommendation. Those who fancy my snapchat stories & question since when i play piano, answer is since my grade-6 days.)

Nobody is perfect.
Equally important is knowing how to forgive yourself.
Do not obsess over your past mistakes.
The more you obsess and hold on to it, the more energy and power you give it.
So let it go, learn from it, and move on.
Forgive yourself for a mistake you made or something you’ve done that you now regret.
Allow yourself to let it go.

Leave all your inconsistent behaviour behind.
Learn to be in sync with life.
It can be your career, hobbies, relationship or your health, learn to be CONSISTENT if you want success in any field of your life.
Live with no regrets.
Life is fun, let it be.

We have to realize that our lives could be gone in a moment.
There are no guarantees that we will be here at this time next year.
Learn to live each day to the fullest.
Don’t complain.
Don’t focus on what’s right or wrong.
Be grateful for the opportunity to experience each day.

It’s been 5 years & i am always in a different city/country at this time of the year. I met some amazing people & lost touch with few. Most of them helped me shape & build what i am today. I can’t change everything & i accept what’s coming wholeheartedly. At the end i must agree, life is beautiful & i am grateful.

Relationships between family, friends, significant others, and colleagues are complicated and full of learning experiences.
Nobody comes into this world knowing everything.
We all go through different experiences, make mistakes, have successes, and then make more mistakes that we can learn from.
The ability to trust and listen to the people in your life is the foundation all healthy relationships are built on.

While talking to friends, make sure you are really listening to what they have to say and aren’t distracted by something else.
You owe that to them and you would want the same in return.
Trust is a bond between two people that is found only when they are able to listen and understand where the other person is coming from.
That to me is the only key to friendships and relationships.

Do you know what happens when you constantly hurt someone?
They begin to love you less,
and after a while they start to forget that they ever loved you at all.

What most people need to learn in life is how to love people and use things, instead of using people and loving things.

Let me tell you something funny today.
Now a days we all hear once in a while someone random comes online in YouTube or any other social media & says, “You don’t need a school/college/university degree to be successful in life”.
Even Elon Musk once said “You can learn almost anything from internet for free”.
My question is; “As a human & society as whole, do we value free things?”.
I totally agree you can learn any skill for free if you have a strong willpower.
But that doesn’t take away the fact that a good school/college/university education is important.
Rich people don’t want competition. It’s beneficial for them if a major chunk of population stays under qualified, cheap labour you know.

Let me bust all these crap today.
Roughly 7.9 billion human population in our world & 92% adults don’t have a college/university degree.
And the rest 8% people who have a college/university degree own 74% of entire world’s wealth.
So don’t take advice from people who haven’t walked that path.
In most cases what happens; even getting into a good university or any ivy league school is a big deal here, that says your mind is ready for the big game.

Education is necessary.
Qualification is important.
Skills you learned will take you places.

One of my favourite feelings is laughing with someone and realizing half way trough how much you enjoy them and their existence.

Things are expected of you of your whole life, you are expected to make career, that you score well and have achieved a certain status.
But life is not about status and work.
These are extras.

What matters is that you can develop as a person.
That you simply learn, discover and enjoy your journey.
So instead of worrying about the numbers and status, you have to enjoy the journey and the small moments that can mean so much more.

I don’t want to be around people anymore that judge or talk about what people do.
I want to be around people that do things.
I want to be around people who believe in slow & steady progress.
I want to be with people who gradually grow a rich character and a bank account.
I want to be around people who remain consistent with their words, approach, intentions & journey of life.
I want to be around people that dream and support and do things.

Supportive people bond long-term with growth mindset.
Oppertunist comes to score petty short-term goals, it takes time but you will get rid of them today or tomorrow. (Not my words.)

WORKING WITH GREAT PEOPLE MAKES YOU GREAT.

YOU LEARN A LOT. IT ALSO GIVES YOU THE EXPERIENCE AND CONFIDENCE TO MOVE ON WITH YOUR OWN CAREER/GOALS.

Acceptance helps to love yourself.

You might not love all aspects of yourself right now but you can learn to accept it.
Accept your flaws.
Accept the positives and negative aspects of your story.
Accept the parts of you that are deemed unacceptable by society.
Self acceptance is the starting point to attain self love.

HOW TO BECOME A BETTER YOU EVERY DAY:

1. Become more observant.
Notice everything that surrounds you.
The world is full of examples, ideas, words, wisdom, mistakes and experiences.

2. Collect ideas.
Ideas and thoughts tend to evaporate from your mind too fast.
Try to capture them before it is too late.
Ideally, write down or sketch every single one.

3. Read. Read a lot.
Reading is probably the best investment of time ever.
Devote at least 30 minutes per day to reading.
Ideally, have a book always with you.
If you aren’t interested to buy a book or Kindle, then watch any free documentary in YouTube which can help you learn something new.

4. Analyze your day.
Before going to bed, spend 10 minutes analyzing your day.
Consider what things you managed to do well and what mistakes you made.

5. Start writing.
The biggest value of a good writing skill is that it cultivates a discipline.
First of all, the discipline of thinking.
Your thoughts will cease to be random and chaotic.
They will gradually become systematic and structured instead.

We all made choices that maybe weren’t the best ones.
The beauty of being a HUMAN is hidden in the mistakes we made.
First accept yourself for everything wrong you did.
Because acceptance matters nothing if you aren’t honest.
None of us are completely innocent, but we get a fresh start everyday to be a better person than we were yesterday.
Learn to be a positive/better version of yourself with time.
Be you.
