Every moment of your life is deeply meaningful and plays a significant part in your journey.
A lot of time we judge the moment because things don’t go our way but if you look life backwards you understand that those moments made you evolve and brought a shift in your consciousness.
Whatever you are going through right now will not make sense to your human mind.
You can’t comprehend the life order of universe through logic.
But sooner or later all the dots will connect and you will realize that everything was concerned all along.

So instead of judging the moment learn to embrace every moment.
Your higher self/consciousness is all about trusting the divine and seeing the deeper truth in every moment.
Trust can only come from a place of surrender.
Surrendering doesn’t mean you let go of free will.
It simply means you let go of the things that are not under your control.
Instead of flowing against the current of the river you become the flow.
Enjoy every moment & everything is connected, it’s for your higher good.

You have to chase the things that ignite you.
You have to do the things that bring you joy.
You have to surround yourself with the people who bring you back home to yourself, with the people who respect you and embrace you in ways that make you feel like you are worthy and accepted and celebrated and loved.
You have do the work to heal yourself,
even when it hurts especially when it hurts,
so that you do not continue to approach your life within the boundary of what is heavy within you.
You have to put yourself out there,
and you cannot worry about what other people think,
you cannot rob yourself of experience or happiness or inspiration because you are scared of how you will be perceived.
You have to be unapologetic in the way that you exist here.
You have to believe that your ideas, and your hope, and your being, deserve to take up space.
You have to believe that you have purpose.

Because our existence is finite.
And as hard as that is to understand,
as hard as that can be to connect with,
from time to time remind yourself that in the most human way we are all living on borrowed time.
We live as if we are promised the experiences and the potential we are chasing,
we live as if we have control over what happens to us.
But we don’t, and that is liberating,
because it is pressing there is urgency within the lesson.
It is meant to wake you up.
Life is meant to be lived. (Not my words).

7 TYPES OF NEGATIVITY TO KILL:

1. PERFECTIONISM.
Trying to achieve something that’s literally unattainable will only result in you feeling “less than”.

2. JUDGEMENT OVER YOURSELF AND OTHERS.
When you are judgemental, you are only focusing on the negative qualities in yourself and others.

3. SELF-DOUBT.
Self-doubt is a weed that will take over your life if you don’t kill it at the root.

4. ASSUMING THE WORST WILL HAPPEN.
If you never think things will be better, they won’t be.
This removes hope.

5. WORRY.
Worrying changes nothing except your health and mental state.

6. COMPLAINING.
When you focus on the negative things, you are really setting yourself up for never being content or happy.

7. TRYING TO CONTROL EVERYTHING.
You can’t control everything and when you try and inevitably fail, you will only blame yourself.

A negative mind will never give you a positive life.

Throughout the years I have learned three major things;

1. Sometimes bad things happen to good people and sometimes you might think you know someone, you might think they’re on your side but deep down inside they’re not. Pay attention. True intentions take you towards right action. Actions speak louder than words. And wrong people use words to cover up truth with lies.

2. Almost everything we go through we can’t control. That means, if it’s yours, then somewhere down the line it’ll return to you and if it’s not, then you have to make peace with it and move on, It’s as simple as that.

3. Letting go is never an easy thing to do. No matter how many times you’ve rehearsed it, no matter how many times you’ve played it in your head, it never goes as planned and almost always does it sting a little harder than you thought.

AT THE END OF THE DAY IT’S NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE OR EVEN WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED.
IT’S ABOUT WHO YOU’VE LIFTED UP, WHO YOU’VE MADE BETTER.
IT’S ABOUT WHAT YOU’VE GIVEN BACK.

WHAT DO YOU WANT?

When your body is too tired to carry on,
when your soul feels weary from the journey,
when your mind feels exhausted!!

Take control and ask yourself the question:
WHAT DO YOU WANT?

Then, answer it.
DOUBTING YOURSELF IS NORMAL.
LETTING IT STOP YOU IS A CHOICE.
And, every time,
when the fulfillment of your answer outweighs the uncomfortableness that you are feeling in the moment,
CARRY ON.
DON’T QUIT.
KEEP MARCHING TOWARDS YOUR GOAL.

TOMORROW IS A DIRECT RESULT OF WHAT YOU CHOOSE TO DO TODAY. (Not my words).

FEELINGS, the thing about this way that you feel right now is that it’s only temporary.
I know that your mind is consumed right now, suffocating; it’s like you can’t find a way to think about anything other than the things that are causing you anxiety.
These feelings don’t last.
It may not feel like it right now, but this feeling will fade; maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but you will smile again, you will feel like you again, you will feel happy and full of life again.
Nothing is permanent.
That’s the bittersweet part about life.
That’s why it’s so important to appreciate the truly amazing parts and people in your life while also understanding that the bad days won’t last forever.
Always be present, always be grateful, always know that you’ll get through this obstacle and the one after that.

You’re so much stronger than you think you are right now.
Think about it; you’ve gotten through every tough day in your life so far, and this is no different.
Take a big breath and think of all the things you have to be grateful for and breathe out all the bad.
You are in control of how you feel.
You are in control of this moment.
YOU ARE IN CONTROL. PERIOD.

There are two days in every week about which we should not worry.
Two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension.

One of these days is YESTERDAY with all it’s mistakes.
Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control.
All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday.
We can’t undo a single act we performed.
We cannot erase a single word we said.
Yesterday is gone.
Its faults and blunders, Its aches and pains.

The other day we should not worry about is TOMORROW.
With it’s possible adversities, It’s burdens, It’s large promise and poor performance.
Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control.
Tomorrow’s Sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds, but it will rise.
Until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow, for it is yet unborn.

This just leaves only one day; TODAY.
Any person can fight the battles of just one day.
It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity’s yesterday and tomorrow that we break down.
It is not the experience of today that drives people mad.
It is the remorse or bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
Let us therefore live but one day at a time.
