Few steps to self care which reflects your self respect:

1. If it feels wrong, don’t do it. It’s not worth it.

2. Say exactly what you mean. You don’t need to be a people pleaser.

3. Trust your instincts, let’s name it intuition if you want.

4. Never speak bad about yourself. Never give up on your dreams.

5. Don’t be afraid to say no. Don’t be afraid to say yes.

6. Be kind to yourself & practice the same towards others.

7. Let go of what you can’t control. Expectations are the thief of joy.

8. Stay away from drama and negativity.

9. Prioritise yourself and your goals, you have to face both forever.

10. LOVE those whom you can respect.
